    • Your tasks

  • Advising managers and employees on all personnel-related, collective bargaining and labor law issues
  • Advising management and specialist departments on structural changes and helping to shape sustainable organizational development
  • Further development, standardization and digitalization of HR processes
  • Conception and implementation of measures for sustainable personnel recruitment and development as well as employee retention
  • Constructive cooperation with the works council as well as drafting, negotiating and implementing works agreements
  • Implementation of the entire recruitment and onboarding process
  • Provision of HR reports for management and specialist departments
  • Implementation of legal, labor and collective bargaining agreements as well as company and group-wide regulations
  • Coordination and first point of contact for the deployment of external employees
  • Developing and implementing business-relevant HR strategies and projects
  • Collaboration with the responsible HR functions and contact person for central payroll accounting
  • Ensuring and implementing HR compliance requirements incl. implementation of ICS HR administration

    • Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, HR management, law/social sciences, psychology or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a consulting HR function
  • Experience in the further development and digitalization of HR processes
  • Sound knowledge of HR ERP modules and applications
  • Strong target group-oriented communication skills as well as a high degree of initiative and implementation strength
  • High service orientation, pronounced entrepreneurial thinking
