HR Data Analytics Expert

Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next HR Data Analytics Expert. You will be part of our HR team reporting to Head of HR. In this role, your mission is to enable data-driven HR decisions by analyzing people data and translating insights into actions that improve hiring, workforce planning, and employee experience. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Your day-to-day

• Analyze HR data (e.g., recruitment metrics, workforce trends, attrition) to identify patterns and improvementareas


• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, HR systems) for HR and business stakeholders


• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to define KPIs and answer key business questions


• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across HR systems (e.g., HRIS data, reporting structures)


• Support advanced analytics use cases (e.g., predictive insights, skills analysis, workforce planning)


• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and presentations for decision-makers


• Continuously improve HR reporting frameworks and analytics capabilities

Your skills and experience

• Degree in HR, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or similar


• Experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or data analysis roles


• Strong data analysis skills and ability to work with large datasets


• Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HR systems


• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus


• Understanding of HR processes (especially recruitment and workforce planning)


• Strong communication skills to translate data into business insights


• High attention to detail and data accuracy mindset

Your location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Customer Center in Essen, Sweden (SE).
