Tasks

• Advising on HR policies and procedures
• Handling employee inquiries and issues
• Supporting employee relations and conflict resolution
• Collaborating with the works council
• Managing social benefits and performance management
• Assisting in recruitment and onboarding
• Supporting HR administration and payroll
• Contributing to training and development initiatives
• Assisting in audits and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 2-5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of HR procedures and labor laws
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
