Your tasks:

• Support employees, including expatriates (mainly from Japan), with all matters related to residence, payroll, social security, tax, and health insurance, including reviewing rental agreements
• Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure correct income tax treatment for assignments and special payments
• Manage local recruitment processes for third-country nationals, including residence permit handling
• Verify entry requirements and update business travel regulations in cooperation with relevant departments
• Participate in HR audits and ensure compliance with company and legal standards
• Act as a contact person for the employers’ liability insurance association and coordinate in case of work accidents
• Serve as a communication bridge between internal departments, the Japanese headquarters, and external service providers such as relocation agencies and authorities
