Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche im Bereich Personal nach einer HR-Spezialistin in Vollzeit (39 Stdn) oder Teilzeit zum nächstmöglichen Termin an unserem Hauptsitz in Celle.

Hier sind Deine Kenntnisse gefragt:

Betreuung unseres Personals vor Ort in allen relevanten Rückfragen

Bereitstellung der vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung für das Steuerbüro inkl. Bescheinigungswesen

Verwalten des Zeiterfassungssystems (TISOWARE Kenntnisse von Vorteil)

Unterstützung der Teamleitung bei allgemeinen personaladministrativen Aufgabenstellungen

Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken für das monatliche Reporting

Weiterbildungsmanagement 

Das bringst Du mit:

kaufmännische Ausbildung mit nachweislicher Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal; Personalfachkauffrau/mann oder ähnliches

Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke

Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Teamfähigkeit
