HR Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

The impact you'll have

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees. In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

More specifically, you will:  

• Lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with the wider HR team and hiring managers  

• Together with the Head of HR develop attraction and recruitment strategies and hiring plans 

• Lead employment branding initiatives such as social media campaigns and events  

• Own open positions from the intake meeting, active sourcing, interviewing, selection to offer negotiation and closing 

• Represent Veact as an employer of choice to candidates  

• Ensure positive candidate experience  

• Organise and attend career fairs and similar events  

• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement  

Who you are and what you bring:

• Relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding either in-house or in an executive search/agency 

• Experience with modern ATSs and LinkedIn  

• Proven track record of delivering high quality candidates across a broad range of functions, industries and countries. Familiarity with tech/software/product and sales roles would be an advantage.  

• Excellent communication and influencing skills  

• Passion for automotive and big data 
• Curiosity, growth mindset and openness to new ways of doing things  
• A healthy amount of flexibility, adaptability and can-do attitude   
• Excellent German and English skills
