HR Working Student (16-20h/week) (m/f/d)

Location: Unterhaching Munich, Germany | Reports to: Regional Director HR | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Germany | Language Requirements: Professional English & German, written and verbal | Work Arrangement: On site

As the new HR Working Student, you will offer support to our HR team with various activities and projects, while gaining valuable exposure to unique challenges and opportunities within the IT services industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Support in diverse HR processes (recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding and employee offers)
• Offer administrative support, including reference management, contract creation & document preparation
• Assist with HR data management by updating employee records, maintaining HR databases, and generating reports
• Participate in HR projects, including employer branding activities
• Assist the HR team in Learning & Development functions

Your Competencies:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree, in a German University (expected completion from 2025 to 2028) not necessarily in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong interest in HR and desire to learn and grow in the field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience as a working student is considered a plus
