HR Working Student (f/m/x)

Expatrio is an ambitious Berlin-based start-up at the intersection of Fintech and Edtech, offering innovative solutions to simplify international relocation and financial management. 

We are currently looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a

HR Working Student (f/m/x)

You will work closely with our HR Manager and gain valuable insights into HR operations, processes, and projects in an international environment.

• Support in employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, contract amendments, probation reviews, reference letters).

• Preparation of HR documents (employment agreements, amendments, reference letters,etc.) in close collaboration with our HR Manager.

• Maintain and update employee data in our HRIS (Personio), including document uploads and data quality checks.

• Scheduling of HR-related meetings (interviews, feedback sessions, onboarding sessions).

• Assist with recruiting coordination (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication).

• Support in preparation of payroll-relevant data and liaising with external payroll providers.

• General administrative support for the HR team (organizing files, drafting emails, handling certificates/requests).

• You are currently enrolled as a student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• You have a strong interest in HR and administrative work and are eager to learn.

• You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus but not a must).

• You enjoy working independently and taking ownership of tasks but are also a team player.

• Experience with HR tools (e.g., Personio) or similar systems is a plus but not required.
