Job Description
The CAA German office in Munich is looking for an HR Coordinator (m/f/d) with a focus on recruiting.
THE ROLE
Support with the employee lifecycle from recruiting and retention to offboarding
Responsible for “Early Careers” Recruiting: You are in charge for the job posting, shortlisting andfirst of interviews and the hiring process for all interns. You work in close collaboration with the departments
Organisation of career events for our internship program
Administrative HR work
Support of the HR-Manager in day-to-day tasks
Responsible for a smooth onboarding process
Absence management
Support of employees in all matters
Support with preparational payroll
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
A successfully completed degree in business administration, human resource management, social sciences, psychology or commercial training.
First professional experiences in Human Resources
Independent and structured way of working
You are an organizational talent with a hands-on mentality and have experience in planning and executing events.
Experiences with HCM-systems (for example Workday or Personio)
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
Fluent in German and English (minimum C1)

Remote work possible up to 2 days per week
