As HYROX Nutrition Activation Manager (m/f/d), you will be the driving force behind bringing our sports nutrition category to life directly on the global race floor! You will lead the charge in planning and executing high-energy event activations, immersive sampling setups, and live consumer touchpoints that fuel our athletes and captivate thousands of spectators worldwide. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Event Activation & On-Site Execution: Plan, direct, and execute all HYROX Nutrition category activations, store setups, and sampling stations across key regional markets, prioritizing European events as the foundation for broader international expansion.Manage end-to-end event logistics for the nutrition brand, including inventory, booth infrastructure, branding assets, and supplier coordination. Lead on-site staff during event weekends to ensure high-energy execution, perfect brand presence, and excellent customer engagement.
• Sampling & Engagement Strategy: Develop and optimize targeted sampling strategies to maximize product trial, consumer education, and conversion among athletes and spectators. Create interactive, high-impact activation concepts that drive product sales, social media buzz, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) lead generation during events. Coordinate on-site influencer and ambassador activations in close alignment with the HYROX Nutrition Marketing Manager and wider marketing team.
• Stakeholder & Partner Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact on-site for external brand partners and sponsors participating in HYROX Nutrition event activations. Work in close cross-functional collaboration with internal departments (Direct Sales, Operations, Partnerships) to ensure smooth event delivery. Coordinate with venue teams and local suppliers to meet safety, layout, and operational requirements.
• Budget & Process Management: Manage, track, and optimize the allocated activation budget for all event-related nutrition initiatives. Streamline event preparation workflows, tools, and timelines using project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com). Evaluate post-event performance through KPI tracking (sampling volume, sales conversion, lead capture) to continuously refine future event setups.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or field activation, ideally within Sports Nutrition, FMCG, Fitness, or Lifestyle brands.
• Event & Onsite Expertise: Strong track record in planning and executing large-scale live event activations, pop-ups, or trade show setups from concept to tear-down.
• Hands-On Leadership: Energetic personality with proven experience leading on-site teams, brand ambassadors, and event personnel in high-tempo event environments.
• Logistics & Organization: Process-driven with strong operational skills; experienced in managing project workflows (e.g., Monday.com) and managing event budgets.
• Flexibility & Travel: High flexibility and readiness to travel frequently for weekend event execution across key markets.
• Languages: Business-fluent English skills (written and spoken) are required; German or additional languages are a plus.
