Immigration Manager

Proactively manages the immigration process for a variety of clients; Ensures that the needs of clients are met at all times; Ensures compliance in Germany regarding immigration procedures; Coordinates solution-oriented immigration processes and ensures deadlines are met; Collaborate with Senior Associates and Associate team on day-to-day cases; Works structured, precisely and manages expectations of internal and external stakeholders; Monitors KPIs and SLAs; Acts as go-to person for junior staff; Makes pro-active suggestions to process and efficiency initiatives; Focuses on engagement budgets & profitability; Communicates effectively, internally and externally; Plays an important role in market activities of the firm Assists with the risk management checks for new and ongoing clients. Experience with labor law related topics is a plus; Ability to manage staff; Ability to take accountability and responsibility for all actions is an essential requirement for this role;
