About the Role:
Scalable Capital is seeking an Incident Manager to join their IT team in Munich or Berlin. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate incident management activities within a complex and highly regulated operational environment.
In this role, you will act as a central point of coordination during service disruptions, ensuring efficient collaboration between internal teams and external providers. You will also play a key role in improving incident processes, driving service quality, and supporting long -term operational resilience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate collaboration between internal departments and external providers in all operational matters related to incident management
- Design, manage, monitor, and continuously improve incident management processes across multiple teams
- Lead the response to major incidents and act as manager on duty during serious disruptions
- Drive sustainable issue resolution by supporting root cause analysis and follow -up actions
- Establish and monitor service improvement measures to enhance quality and operational performance
- Prepare targeted reports and communicate incident -related updates to management
This position is particularly well suited to a hands -on incident management professional with prior exposure to financial services or banking operations. Given the regulated nature of the environment, familiarity with incident processes in the financial sector and awareness of frameworks such as DORA would be a strong advantage.
