About the Role

We’re looking for a multidisciplinary designer with a strong foundation in industrial design, visual storytelling, and brand systems. As an Industrial Designer / Design Generalist, you will shape the future of our consumer sports products — from how they work and feel in the hand to how they're presented to the world.

This is a hands-on, creative role where you’ll work across both digital and physical media, supporting the development of product design, brand identity, packaging, and communication strategies. You’ll contribute from concept to execution — translating ideas into thoughtful, high-impact design.

What You’ll Do

Support and evolve an existing cross-product design language, ensuring brand consistency and future growth
Design digital experiences: ads, websites, apps, product UIs, presentations
Design physical touchpoints: print media, apparel, packaging, event graphics, product labeling
Create and present design strategies, concepts, and stories through compelling visuals and narrative
Contribute to industrial/product design: from sketching and 2D visualization to 3D modeling, rendering, and animation
Apply Design Thinking and user-centered methodologies across the product journey
Collaborate with designers, engineers, marketers, and suppliers to ensure design intent meets production reality

Tools You’ll Use

Figma (incl. prototyping)
Adobe CC: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects
Blender or similar 3D software
Microsoft Office (PowerPoint for storytelling and presentations)

Core Competencies:

A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, Automotive Design, or a closely related field
Business-fluent in English language (German knowledge is a bonus)
Strong visual and technical design intuition
Ability to contribute to and extend a cross-product design language
Comfortable working across both 2D and 3D environments
Confident in visualizing and communicating ideas from sketch to final presentation

Desirable Skills:

Surface/NURBS modeling in Plasticity, SolidWorks, Rhino, Alias, etc.
Confident hand sketching to quickly communicate ideas
Familiarity with 3D printing for prototyping
Interest in AI-assisted design tools (Vizcom, Midjourney, Firefly, ComfyUI)
