Industrial Technical Manager

MISSION

Controls and supervises the work of the technical department; develops internal procedures to optimize production processes in terms of production efficiency and efficiency and controls their effectiveness; supervises and coordinates all processes related to the technical side of the company's operations.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

• developing strategies for the technical development of the company;

• comprehensive management of technical departments (including activities related to: maintenance, infrastructure, utilities, investment projects, process engineering projects) to ensure continuity, efficiency and optimization of production processes;

• preparation and implementation of the budget of subordinate technical departments;

• supervising documentation and technical infrastructure as well as managing the machine park;

• planning and supervising ongoing repairs, inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment and supervising inspections and renovations of buildings and installations;

• cooperating with the production department in the field of process improvement and efficiency improvement;

• developing, optimizing and implementing new solutions in the area of maintenance and process engineering, in particular the implementation of solutions based on good practices, including the elimination of hazards in the area of health and safety, environmental protection, elimination and reduction of maintenance costs and optimization of the work of employees in the production department;

• organizing the purchase and delivery of utilities to the company;

• establishing and maintaining cooperation with external companies supporting technical departments;

• establishing, achieving high labour standards and improving them, including ensuring a high level of occupational safety;

• developing emergency procedures to prevent interruptions in the work of the production department;

• preparing reports for the company's management board, executives, external units, etc.;

• participating in the development of the organization's budget in the part concerning technical equipment, managing capex;

• managing the work of subordinate personnel, including: motivating, training and supervising the development of subordinate employees of technical departments
