Deine Aufgaben – Du machst mit uns den Unterschied:

• Du übernimmst das komplette Standortmanagement: von An- und Abmietungen über Vertragsverhandlungen bis hin zum Abschluss von Immobilienverträgen.
• Du planst und koordinierst Standortumzüge, Büroflächenumbauten und stellst sicher, dass unsere Arbeitsumgebungen optimal funktionieren.
• Du bist zentrale/r Ansprechpartner/in für Standortmanager*innen und interne Stakeholder.
• Du stellst die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben im Bereich Health & Safety sicher und koordinierst externe Dienstleister.
• Du organisierst, begleitest und dokumentierst ASA‑Sitzungen und bist ein/e zentrale/r Ansprechpartner/in für den Arbeitsschutz.
• Du erstellst Auswertungen, Übersichten und Präsentationen und hältst unser Dokumentenmanagement sowie relevante SharePoint‑Seiten aktuell.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Fleet Management und Facility Management zusammen und übernehmt gegenseitige Vertretungen.

• Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder praktische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Reisebereitschaft und Lust auf standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit.
• Durchsetzungsstärke, Flexibilität, Teamgeist und Organisationstalent.
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit und ein professionelles Auftreten.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS‑Office und die Bereitschaft, Dich schnell in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten.
