At ellamind, we are developing a groundbreaking platform that enables companies to improve AI applications faster and use them more efficiently to automate their processes. As a part of our team you will play a key role in the design and implementation of our innovative solution.

• You have a degree in computer science, software development or a related field, and/or can demonstrate comparable skills through personal projects or professional experience.
• You have an independent way of working and are enthusiastic about AI.
• You are fluent in German and English (at least B2).
• You are willing to work at least 2-3 days/week on site in our Bremen office (with the prospect of switching to a remote model in the long term).
• You have an EU work permit.

We developed several models that placed in the global Top 10 of the Huggingface Leaderboard and created the first working Mixtral implementation.
