Arbeitsbeschreibung - Inside Sales Account Manager (m/w/d)

  • Support our sales team in building further SBM (small- and middle-sized business) business relationships.
  • You will confidently represent TP-Link and inspire our potential partners ans customers with our products and solutions in the field of IT infrastructure and solutions.
  • You will be responsible for the entire partner recruitment process, from initial contact to handover to our partner account managers.
  • You will be also responsible for identifying customers and the acquisition process, from initial contact to handover to our partner account managers.
  • You will qualify contacts by telephone and e-mail, further develop contacts at the system house groups, up to the first appointments for the Partner Account Managers.
  • Maintaining customer data and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Completed training in a commercial field or comparable qualification.
  • Proven track record in dealing with and handling of ICT product and solution slaes and sales pitches
  • First experience in outbound tele-sales and SMB (customers as well as partners) sales.
  • Enjoy active telephoning, direct sales, and a high degree of customer orientation.
  • Self-confident appearance and the ability to inspire different partners for a cause. 
  • Flexibility, independent working style and ability to work in a team.
  • IT affinity and proficient use of MS Office.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
