Our client, the German
subsidiary of a leading international industrial group specializing in chemical
safety solutions and medical devices, is strengthening its organization and is
recruiting a Back -Office Manager.
This position is part of a
growth dynamic and offers real visibility on the evolution of responsibilities
in the medium term. It is a permanent position to be filled in the Cologne
region (North Rhine -Westphalia).
YOUR ROLE
Reporting to a committed and
high -performing team, you act as a true partner to clients. You manage your
portfolio autonomously and actively contribute to business development.
1. Management
and development of a client portfolio
• Proactive management of a defined portfolio.
• Regular contacts to
anticipate renewals and plan product extensions.
• Coordination of replacement deliveries.
• Development of additional sales and promotion of complementary services.
2.
Coordination and operational management
• Structured phone follow -up and long -term development of client relationships.
• Handling and
coordination of complex requests with trainers and field teams.
• Interface between clients, operations, and support functions.
3.
Contribution to business development
• Participation in the preparation and implementation of events and client
actions.
• Contribution to
process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Gradual expansion of the scope of responsibilities within an internal growth
logic.

YOUR PROFILE
• University degree (minimum
bachelor’s level), ideally in a scientific field.
• 3 to 5 years of
experience in customer service, sales administration, or commercial support.
• Initial experience in a technical or regulated environment (chemistry,
pharma, medical devices) is a strong asset.
• Fluent English required (level B2, C1, or C2).
• Proficiency in French would be appreciated.
COMPENSATION
• Annual gross salary: €47,000
to €50,000 depending on experience + profit sharing.
