As our new Inside Sales Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the public sector sales team in driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals. In this position you will play a key role in the end-to-end management and administration of the sales operation function.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Proactive phone support for our existing customers across all business areas
- Preparation and calculation of offers for customer-specific inquiries, as well as close cooperation and coordination with the account managers
- Professional advice on licensing models and optimization of offers from various manufacturers, with a focus on Microsoft
- Communicating with customers about expiring contracts, maintenance, or current special offers
- Maintaining the customer database (CRM) and creating the corresponding sales opportunities
Your Competencies:
- 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales operational role
- Experience from the technology industry, preferably in cloud services or software sales
- In-depth knowledge of software licensing from the top vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe
- Knowledge on the public sector is desirable
