The Opportunity

As Team Lead, you will manage the Inside Sales & Order Processing team, ensuring customer quotations, order fulfilment and logistics activities are delivered accurately and efficiently. You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving processes and leading a customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the Inside Sales & Order Processing team.
Oversee quotations, order processing and order-to-cash activities.
Manage customer backlogs, shipping schedules and order fulfilment.
Drive continuous process improvements and KPI performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Production and Customer Service.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Support change initiatives, system implementations and business improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in Inside Sales, Order Management or Customer Service.
Previous experience leading or supervising a small team.
Strong ERP systems knowledge (NetSuite, Navision or similar desirable).
Experience improving processes and managing operational KPIs.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Fluent German and English.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
