What you’ll be doing
Lead media planning and strategy for the DACH region, with potential support for Southern Europe markets.
Act as the go-to media expert within the DACH and CEE marketing teams – building integrated media plans that connect brand building, performance, and retail.
Collaborate closely with brand managers to develop effective media briefs and end-to-end campaign plans.
Partner with media agencies – sometimes briefing them, sometimes crafting plans directly in-house.
Ensure consistent, data-driven media strategies across digital, TV, retail media, Amazon, and influencer ecosystems.
Integrate media thinking into broader brand and marketing strategies, driving both short-term performance and long-term equity.
Manage media budgets responsibly and strategically to maximize ROI across channels.
Work closely within a matrix structure – collaborating with regional peers, search teams, and brand leads.
6–7 years of experience in media planning, strategy, or integrated marketing, ideally from FMCG, beauty, or healthcare.
Proven planning background from a media agency preferred.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect brand storytelling, media ecosystems, and consumer journeys.
Skilled at managing budgets and owning plans end-to-end.
Confident collaborator across markets and functions – with excellent communication skills in German and English (additional Southern European languages are a plus).
Hands-on attitude, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
