INTERIM MARKETING MANAGER DE

We’re searching for a Marketing Manager who will take the reins of our German operations and help us grow. This is not a regular marketing job - this is a role where your work will be seen by hundreds of thousands of fans, at events that shake arenas.

Tasks

• Tournaments & events in Germany - Thursday: travel & preparation. Friday: fighter interviews & content meetings. Saturday: the big show - coordinating content teams & VIP hosting. Sunday: wrap-up & after-production.
• Ideas & projects - developing concepts linked directly to our tournament and expansion goals, always in close cooperation with the marketing team.
• Production & planning - evaluating personnel needs, selecting and briefing freelancers, detailed planning of shoots, crew, travel & locations, communication with fighters, and keeping budgets under control.
• Video shoots & post-production - leading local productions, taking care of fighters & guests, ensuring schedules are met, and overseeing the editing process until the final product goes live.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, event, or project management (agency or sports background preferred).
• A true sports enthusiast - ideally with professional or personal interest in combat sports.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage complex events & productions.
• First leadership experience - managing freelancers or small teams.
• Flexible & reliable - willing to travel and thrive in live event environments.
• Creative and strategic at the same time - you can bring fresh ideas while keeping an eye on budgets and deadlines.
