ClearOps is a Munich-based start-up that provides a transformative B2B enterprise software for the data-based optimization of supply chains in the machine manufacturing industry. With ClearOps, our mission is to keep the world of machines running smoothly by harnessing the power of data from machines to dealers to manufacturers and changing the way machine manufacturing companies operate their aftersales networks. Renowned international customers like Stihl, AGCO, Jungheinrich and Terex already trust us their business. We are now moving into a hyperscaling model and are looking for ambitious rockstars to join our team.
This opportunity is your gateway into the business world, offering unparalleled growth within a year from a budding prospecting talent to a seasoned sales professional. As a BDR Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our prospecting pipeline, engaging new leads, and setting the stage for ClearOps's continued success. Located in Munich, this internship offers hands-on experience in inside sales, lead generation, and client communication, underpinned by rigorous training and mentorship. It’s a chance to develop your sales and business development acumen in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

  • Keen interest in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn Sales and Business Development strategies
  • Motivation and drive to meet targets
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to familiarize with CRM software
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Interest in the software or machine manufacturing industries is an advantage
