As Hardware Product Management we steer Elli’s hardware projects to implement a product portfolio that enables an end-to-end charging experience for EV drivers. Considering customer and market requirements, we define the roadmap and milestones for each hardware product and ensure that the project business stays in time and budget.

In addition we take responsibility to make sure that our products are compliant in regards to regulatory, safety and environmental requirements. Joining Hardware Product Management means to be the interface between all project partners, connect the relevant stakeholders and bring about required decisions to ensure the success of our hardware product portfolio.

Your mission

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS ONLY OPEN FOR INTERNAL CANDIDATES.

You take the lead in product management, product lifecycle, and end-to-end product interfaces within an international and agile team.
You work on next-generation charging and energy products, defining market needs, volumes, and product-related business cases in collaboration with central business units.
You analyze and optimize both new and existing processes.
You are responsible for the company-wide implementation of the product development process.
You create and manage product roadmaps as part of your core responsibilities.

Your profile

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS ONLY OPEN FOR INTERNAL CANDIDATES.

You have proven experience in product management, hardware management, or a related field.
You hold a technical degree, preferably in industrial engineering or electrical engineering.
You bring hands-on experience with technical consumer products, especially in the charging or energy sector.
You have a strong track record in defining, developing, and implementing processes and process tools.
You think analytically and approach tasks in a structured, detail-oriented manner.
You communicate and negotiate effectively, ensuring smooth collaboration with customers, developers, and management.
You are fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written skills.

The position is assigned to grade I according to the Elli function grading.
