Internal Sales Manager - TEAM LEAD - Semiconductors

My client is looking to hire an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead a large and well established Internal Sales team in Germany.

The position will cover customers across the EMEA region, but with a large focus on the DACH Market. We are looking for a target driven candidate with good soft skills and with excellent management experience.

Aside from this, you will also need:

- Previous distribution management experience within Semiconductors or Electronics Industry.

- Willingness to coach and mentor the team.

- Business fluent in German and English

- Able to meet targets with a problem solving attitude
