INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT MANAGER (M/W/D)

Are you passionate about global product registrations and ensuring compliance across different markets? We are seeking a dedicated Product Registration Specialist to spearhead the product registration process for our international markets. 

You’ll ensure our products meet all legal requirements and have the necessary documentation in place, helping our brand reach new customers globally. If you’re detail-oriented and have a knack for regulatory processes, we want you on our team!

Operational

• Oversee and manage the registration of our products in all markets worldwide
• Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and in line with national requirements for each market
• Create and maintain a central repository for product registration documents, ensuring accessibility for internal stakeholders
• Take over regular product management tasks

Strategic

• Collaborate with the Legal and Product Management teams to ensure streamlined registration processes
• Develop strategies to speed up the registration process and minimize delays
• Recommend improvements and potential hires for managing and expanding the product registration team as the business grows

Education

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or product registration, especially with international markets
• Food (law) knowledge
• Familiarity with different compliances, product registration, food inspection authorities requirements is a plus

Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of national regulatory environments
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Basic German skills are required
