International Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Develop and grow international sales in markets such as the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other international regions
• Manage complex project sales from initial customer contact through quotation, negotiation and successful project completion
• Advise architects, developers, contractors and project partners on technical window and door solutions
• Prepare detailed technical quotations, product specifications and commercial proposals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers and business partners
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers and production partners to ensure successful project execution
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the continuous expansion of our international sales activities

Requirements

• Several years of experience in technical B2B/B2C sales within the window and door industry or similiar industry
• Strong knowledge of window and door systems, profiles, glazing, hardware and technical product specifications
• Experience managing complex international end-to-end project sales processes with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, project specifications and technical documentation
• Experience preparing technical quotations and commercial offers for large construction projects
• Proficiency working with quotation and calculation software such as Orgadata, Klaes, PrefSuite or similar solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Occasional willingness to travel internationally when needed
• Fluent English language proficiency is required

Nice to have

• Market knowledge working with customers in the US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand
• Knowledge of international logistics, export processes and customs documentation
• Additional language skills such as German, French or Polish
• Existing network within the international construction, architectural or building materials industry
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to developing new markets and business opportunities
