International Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our BU Motorcycle

Standort: Magdeburg, Deutschland  

Do you possess excellent communication skills and speak fluent English, preferably with proficiency in another foreign language? Additionally, do you have experience in international sales and have strengthened your intercultural competence? 

As an International Sales Manager for our Business Unit Motorcycle, you will be responsible for identifying and selecting international distribution partners. Furthermore, you will keep a close eye on current market trends and develop effective sales strategies based on them.

  • Identify, select, and manage foreign distributors
  • Qualified support and training of our distribution partners (wholesalers and retailers) 
  • Development and implementation of our brand and sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends and conduct thorough competitor analysis
  • Structured and analytical KPIs analysis and reporting
  • Participation in and organization of marketing events 
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective market penetration
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share
  • Collaborate with key accounts to maximize sales and brand presence
  • Actively prospect and onboard new distributors in growing markets
  • Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand visibility
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in international sales
  • Knowledge of and/or affinity for the motorcycle industry
  • Motorcycle driving license
  • Very good knowledge of English* and ideally another foreign language.
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • High willingness to travel
  • High intercultural competence
