International Tax Manager PE Investments

Your Tasks:

Responsible for international tax matters (EU & US) related to private equity funds, including reviewing and coordinating annual tax returns for various countries and organizing tax reporting for investors / Supporting the investor relations teams with tax provisions / Responsible for tax compliance with CRS and FATCA, including annual filings and reviewing the relevant forms / Providing support to front-office teams with tax due diligence and structuring in connection with product development, transactions, and fund investments / Collaborating on and monitoring process optimization for tax controls and operational procedures / Monitoring and analyzing changes in tax law to assess their relevance to the entire company.

Your Profile:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in law or economics / Advanced training in tax law (LL.M.) / Professional experience, ideally at one of the Big Four firms—PwC, EY, Deloitte, or KPMG—or at a renowned tax consulting firm with consulting projects in the fund industry (e.g. UCITS, AIF funds) / Expertise in EU and U.S. taxes as well as CRS and FATCA compliance / Experience with Luxembourg funds and the Luxembourg legal system / An analytical, trustworthy individual with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a keen eye for detail / Team-oriented with the ability to set priorities and complete tasks independently / Communication skills across all levels of the organization / Proficiency with IT and Excel / Fluent in English.
