As part of the global HR transformation project, our team is responsible in a coordination role for Learning & Skill Management as well as for the internal study support program "Mercedes-Benz Academic Programs".

The Mercedes-Benz Academic Programs offer internal permanent employees the opportunity to study part-time, sponsored by the company, or to complete a university certificate. We define the broad portfolio of courses, select the employees for our support program, accompany them during their studies and work together with universities within Germany.

These are some of the exciting challenges that await you:

Project management support and conception of processes in the context of skills management & learning

Creating or preparing project-specific documents, presentations and evaluations as part of a global HR transformation project

Project-based collaboration with international Mercedes-Benz locations

Conception and development of a dashboard for the presentation of the study program portfolio of Mercedes-Benz Academic Programs

Active participation and support in the implementation of events and marketing activities

Independent preparation and follow-up as well as support in the implementation of selection days as part of the study support program

Supporting participants throughout the entire selection process - from initial information to acceptance into the support program

Support with the settlement of tuition fees and student travel expenses

Our work is mobile and flexible. Regular meetings are important to us. We meet in the office at least one fixed day a week.

Qualifikationen

Degree in economics, business administration or a comparable course of study

Affinity for digital applications and systems

Knowledge of MS Power BI desirable

Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS)

Confident written and spoken German and English skills

Structured, independent and project-oriented way of working

Initial experience in project coordination desirable

First practical points of contact in the personnel area an advantage

Reliability and self-commitment

Desire to work in a team and contribute your own ideas
