Arbeitsbeschreibung - Islamic Religious Education Coordinator

Job Title: Catholic Religious Education (RE) Coordinator
Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany
Work Schedule: 10 hrs/week (2 office hrs, 8 flex hrs)

Qualifications:

Practicing Sunni Muslim male
1+ year RE experience at mosque or Islamic school
Ability to teach/read Arabic; Quran memorization preferred
DoD-recognized religious endorsement (e.g., ISNA or AMAFVAC)

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead, teach, and manage the Islamic RE program
Develop annual calendar, curriculum, and budget with Chaplain
Plan and facilitate Ramadan and other Islamic RE events
Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers
Advertise programs and maintain social media presence
Lead prayer services during RE events if no Chaplain or Lay Leader present
