IT Administrator (m/f/d) - Part-Time

Why we have this role

Supporting the maintenance and further development of our infrastructure as well as operational DevOps topics is essential for stable and efficient operations. To continue covering these tasks reliably and to relieve our team in the long term, we would like to fill this position soon.

What to expect

• You are responsible for endios’ office IT infrastructure.
• Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining a variety of software and hardware is in your hands.
• You help manage accounts and user permissions.
• You are responsible for the employee workstations (Apple). This includes setup, administration, maintenance and fleet management.
• You share responsibility for ensuring the IT security of our office infrastructure.
• You are the first point of contact for colleagues regarding technical questions and support.
• You keep an eye on current developments in the IT world and keep your colleagues informed about relevant developments and/or issues.
• You support the backend team with DevOps tasks in the AWS enviroment.

Your background

• You have completed vocational training (e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration), a degree with an IT focus or a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in IT/IT administration.
• You have a solid understanding of common IT technology.
• You have experience with macOS, macOS administration for organisation and Linux.
• You have experience with Microsoft 365 as well as computer networks.
• You are a team player, have excellent communication skills and are curious to learn new things.
• You are responsible and work independently with a solution-oriented approach.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
