IT Demand Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact and support all internal departments set up in regard to the requirements of the IT organization
• Operate as an in-house IT consultant to advise in terms of IT questions
• Validate the complexity and feasibility of the demand and translate the requirements into technical implementations concepts
• Collaborate with the relevant IT units and analyze, evaluate and concretize IT requirements of the respective departments
• Create the bases of decision making for the correct prioritization of IT requests
• Design and maintain concrete and sustainable communication measures to increase the IT process transparency 
• Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options

What you bring

• University degree in business informatics, computer science or equivalent experience with a focus on IT
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company
• 3+ years of professional experience in the field of IT
• Comprehensive strategic and conceptual thinking, ability to quickly grasp complex interrelationships paired with good analytical skills
• Very good understanding of IT and sound knowledge in IT service management (ITIL) area
• Experience in requirements management, project management and business process analysis is a must
• Proven track record showing ability to collaborate between different areas with different points of interests and to reach a solution together
• Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus
