IT Infrastructure Coordinator (m/f/d)

Our Process & IT organisation not only enables the daily work of cellcentric employees but also actively shapes the company’s transformation into a manufacturing business. In close cooperation with various departments, IT requirements are gathered and subsequently implemented by the cellcentric IT team using agile or hybrid working methods. The teams consist of both internal and external members, providing the great advantage of extensive expertise that can be deployed as needed.
As an enabler, cellcentric IT facilitates modern, connected and efficient working practices for all employees, thus helping to realise the cellcentric vision.

Responsibilities:   

• You coordinate and plan the IT infrastructure for cellcentric GmbH Co.KG, including scope, timeline, and budget


• You participate in planning and serve as a contact person for IT infrastructure requirements


• You independently manage IT infrastructure projects and modifications at the existing locations of cellcentric GmbH Co.KG


• You coordinate various IT service providers in delivering their services for your IT infrastructure projects and align them with overarching projects


• You identify risks, assess them, and initiate countermeasures if necessary


• You maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders in the appropriate committees and meetings


• You coordinate activities in close collaboration with Production IT/OT

Experience and Qualification: 

• You have a completed degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study


• You have at least 3–5 years of professional experience in relevant IT disciplines within the IT industry


• Your strengths include strong communication and teamwork skills, initiative, commitment, resilience, and a quick grasp of new topics


• You possess the ability to familiarise yourself with complex issues and have experience in coordinating projects


• Your German and English language skills are business fluent, both written and spoken, and you enjoy working in an international environment


• You are confident and proficient in using Office programmes


• You have experience with IT backend tools, both on-premises and cloud-based, such as DNS/DHCP management


• You are able to carry out administrative tasks in cellcentric’s IT infrastructure admin tools (HPE/Aruba, FortiCloud, Axis Atmos Security, PRTG Monitoring, handling local server management)
