• Lead large-scale web projects with significant budgets from start to finish

• Coordinate resources with other PMs and delivery leads to provide for project completion

• Understand and work towards completing project imperatives and achieving the desired business value

Working with Teams

• Run workshops to understand client needs and build relationships

• Keep projects on track through regular check-ins and quick problem-solving

• Spot risks early and work with the team to address them

• Help teams use agile methods effectively and remove project progress blockers

Supporting People

• Mentor team members and help them grow professionally

• Work with engineering managers on long-term development plans

• Have honest conversations when needed and lead by example

• Keep everyone motivated and working well together

Staying on Track

• Ensure proper usage of the adopted delivery tools and practices for planning and measuring project performance

• Build an empathic & responsible culture where everyone in the project team takes ownership of the project and the client relationship

• Bridge communications between Engineering, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Proven track record in project management in an agency environment

• Strong understanding of agile principles and how to apply them in real projects

• Scrum experience and knowledge

• Comfortable with Atlassian suite, Google Workspace, and Zoom

• Quick to learn new tools like Runn, Personio, Pandadoc, and others that we use

• Professional-level German language skills for our EMEA clients 

• Skilled at creating and maintaining clear project documentation

• Able to plan resource allocation and prepare for contingencies

• Experienced in prioritizing tasks based on business value and project needs

• Confident in managing budgets and tracking project costs

• Able to spot risks and manage them before they become problems

• Excellent communicator in both writing and speaking

• Strong at building and maintaining client relationships

• Scrum certification 

• Good knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce 

• Remote work experience in multi-disciplinary and multicultural contexts.
