About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT professional to join our in-house IT team. You will be responsible for supporting employees with day-to-day IT needs, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operations across the company. An interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Set up and maintain computers, user accounts, and workplace IT equipment.
• Support the administration and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
• Contribute to IT projects and improve internal IT processes.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain IT documentation and support IT security and compliance procedures.

Your Profile

• Experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in AI, automation, and new technologies is desirable.
