By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA and for the people who work here.\n\nNTT DATA is currently looking for an IT Support Analyst (f/m/d) - on site in Ratingen for our growing team in Germany.\n\nRole Responsibilities:\n\n * Be a contributing member of the End User Computing (EUC) Team providing support to End Users in a Client Environment\n * Work on Day-to-Day Incident Resolution \u0026 Request Fulfilment aligned to ITIL Framework\n * Work is guided by operational and project objectives and measured on SLAs, CSFs \u0026 KPIs aligned to the same.\n * Involved with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers and other IT Equipment and Peripherals as needed, between desks, floors or buildings as required.\n * Learn new and emerging technologies as needed, guided by business requirements.\n\n\n\nRequirements and Preferences:\n\n * Several years of experience in End User Computing, IT Support, Asset Management\n * Good troubleshooting skills in Windows, Office, COTS \u0026 End User Hardware Support\n * Basic understanding of ITL Framework is a must.\n * Experience in using ITSM Tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc.\n * Work Experience in Azure cloud computing service.\n * Very good communication skills (both spoken and written) in English \u0026 German - must have\n * Ability to physically perform general office requirements.\n * Certification in Azure fundamentals \u2013 Preferable\n\n\n\nWork location\n\n5 days/week (German daytime business hours) on client site in Ratingen. On need basis travel to the other sites within Germany and Belgium.
