Key responsibilities:
- Provide 1st–3rd level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
- Provision, image, configure, and maintain end-user workstations and notebooks; manage device lifecycles in Microsoft 365 and identity services.
- Administer user accounts (onboarding/offboarding, access rights, permissions) and resolve identity and authentication issues.
- Maintain on-premises infrastructure (servers, storage, networking), including monitoring, backup verification, and IT automation workflows.
- Track incidents, service requests, and escalations via ticketing systems; ensure timely and clear communication with users throughout resolution.
- Maintain accurate asset and license inventories and contribute to the upkeep of system documentation and knowledge base articles.
The position is located in Munich, Germany, and offers a hybrid working environment.
