Arbeitsbeschreibung - IT System Engineer

Your mission

Ensure system compliance and baseline security with policies and best practices.
Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.).
Administer and manage the virtualized on-premise server environment and ActiveDirectory
Configure and maintain the networking environment (switches, firewalls).

Your profile

Proven hands-on experience of IT system administration in a hybrid On-Premise/Cloud environment.
Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure base technologies such as:

Virtualization and storage technology
ActiveDirectory/Group Policies
Storage and
Backup solution

Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and security.
Experienced with managing of network devices and firewalls.
Excellent problem-solving skills, hands on mentality and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written) – minimum B2/C1 level.
Polish language skills are a plus.
Background in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a advantage.
Communicative and open to work in a global company and international IT team.
