Requirements:

- Knowledge of support, operation, monitoring and further development of cloud-based IT and VoIP infrastructures
Sound knowledge and project practice in the field of network technology (switching, routing, VoIP) and IT security
Safe handling of UNIX / LINUX as well as virtualization solutions
Knowledge of the operation, monitoring and further development of cloud-based IT infrastructures
Analysis and troubleshooting in second-level incident processing
High level of initiative and creativity as well as commitment, teamwork and communication skills
Enthusiasm for new technologies and fun in developing complex communication systems

Responsibilities:

- You administer and are responsible for the operation of the cloud platform and the server/network components
With your innovative ideas and your technical know-how, you support continuous development
As an IT manager, you are responsible for improving and developing processes (e.g. by creating scripts or monitoring tools) as well as analyzing and eliminating system malfunctions
