Arbeitsbeschreibung - IT-Koordinator (m/w/d)

Support for a hybrid Microsoft environment including modern workplace management (M365, Intune MDM, KACE) and cloud services (AWS)
Management of the VMware virtualization environment in a highly available private cloud infrastructure, including IT security
First and second level support via a ticketing system, as well as coordination of external system partners
Administration and migration of business-critical applications as part of the cloud transformation strategy
GxP-compliant system validation and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

You have a successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification with several years of experience as an IT administrator, IT specialist or similar.
An affinity for new technologies
In-depth software knowledge and several years of professional experience in the Windows
Server and Office environment, as well as in relation to network technologies
Analytical thinking for independent troubleshooting
Good communication skills and service mentality
Good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)

Participation in exciting clinical studies and translational research projects with international attention
International working environment, flat hierarchies
