The aim of this deliverable is to refresh and deliver 118x devices and hand over another 56x devices in Hamburg. Refresh is done according to the contractual framework of TAF WP SOW. CC PM and/or coordinator will be the only ones to steer CC technicians. No third-party personnelis allowed to instruct CC personnel. CC personnel are always identified as such and cannot act upon request of other parties.

Responsibilities:

CC PM or coordinator proactively align with MBAG to plan activities according to this task order.

MBAG will provide timely information with respect to production contact persons from Production lines for weekdays. MBAG will also provide information such as production downtimes, production break time and non-production days. Based on this information, the technician will plan the Lifecycle replacement at Production Lines, according to the SOP.

Task description:

Creation of IT Shop orders for replacement due to Function ID.

Installation of new hardware in the workshop, and preparation for physical replacement on-site.

Replacement of clients on-site. This includes power supply unit and video cable if necessary.

If there is no MBAG User to check functional testing, and if the device is not functioning on the next working day, MBAG user should contact LUHD for further assistance for BAU Break Fix.

Conduct a comprehensive functionality test.

All these activities will be done using existing SOPs and industry standards.

Missing Device or Defective device information will be shared with Infosys/MBAG.

Unpacking / Scrapping of packaging material.

Transporting New/Old devices from/to:

Delivery location to staging location

Staging location to Storage location or Shopfloor location

Shopfloor location to Decommission/Scrapping location
