Requirements

• Japanese or Korean sushi chef already based in Europe
  


• experience in Japanese , Asian, Korean cuisine
  


• coming from High end, fine dining Asian fusion cuisine restaurants in Europe or abroad
  


• able to work alone or with a team
  


• good customer service skills
  


• great mise en place skills
  


• great plating skills
  


• Available at a short notice

Starting date: As soon as possible

Contract type: Permanent

Benefits

For 5 working days , 2 days off 

• 3 pm to 11pm
  


• 7 1/2 hours a day with 30 min break
  


• Overtime is paid

Salary: 3,000 EURO/Net per month
