Your responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners; negotiate commercial agreements and ensure long-term customer retention
  
  
  
  


• Market Expansion
  
  
  
  • Identify and develop new markets, countries, and customer segments; lead global market-entry and channel-development initiatives
  
  
  
  


• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  
  
  
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to provide market insights and support product, application, pricing, and go-to-market strategies while ensuring regulatory alignment
  
  
  
  


• Sales Planning & Business Intelligence
  
  
  
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends; deliver accurate forecasts, competitive intelligence, and strategic recommendations
  
  
  
  

Your profile

• 7+ years of international sales and business development experience


• Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies, including the establishment and management of reseller and distributor networks


• 2+ years of experience in the 3D printing industry


• Strong assertiveness and resilience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment


• High level of autonomy, self-motivation, and accountability


• Strong team-player with excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills


• Willingness to travel internationally (20–50%)
