By joining our candidate pool, you’re not applying for a specific job, you’re opening the door to many. As soon as a role matches your profile, we’ll reach out to you directly. 

What’s in it for you?

• Visibility: As soon as your profile matches the qualifications of a position the Talent Acquisition team will review your CV


• Opportunity: You’ll be considered for roles across our locations. 


• Flexibility: Apply once, stay in the loop.


• Control: You can update or withdraw your application anytime. 

How does it work?

• Submit your application via the “Apply now” button.  


• During the application process, you’ll be asked whether you are open to relocating within Germany or Switzerland (more countries coming soon). This helps us match you with opportunities that align with your preferences. 


• Your profile will be added to our candidate pool. 


• If a suitable position becomes available, we’ll invite you directly via mail to apply. You’re the one choosing if that job is right for you. 


• If there's no activity on your profile for 180 days, it will be automatically deleted, but we’ll remind you before that happens. 


• You can leave the pool anytime by withdrawing your application or deleting your profile. You can do this under Options -> Settings -> Delete Profile or Jobs Applied -> Candidate Pool -> Withdraw Application 


• Missed the reminder to login? No problem, you can reapply anytime.
