The Operations Systems Analyst is the guardian of HOLY's data backbone — ensuring our ERP operates as the single source of truth that supply chain, finance, and analytics teams depend on every day. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and systems: investigating discrepancies, enforcing data standards, and building automated checks that prevent issues before they reach downstream teams. 

As HOLY scales, this person will evolve from reactive troubleshooting into proactive data governance, making them a critical enabler of operational reliability across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Data Integrity Ownership & Discrepancy Resolution: Lead the investigation and resolution of data discrepancies across Odoo ERP, WMS, and PIM — whether originating from user input, API syncs, or EDI integrations. Ensure that inventory quantities, product records, and transactional data remain consistent so operations, supply chain, and finance teams can execute on numbers they trust.
• Master Data Standards & User Enablement: Enforce and maintain data entry standards across all ERP users — catching miscoded products, incorrect quantities, and improperly configured records before they cascade into reporting errors or blocked integrations. Onboard new users to correct data practices and drive targeted corrections when standards are breached.
• Cross-System Reconciliation & Monitoring: Build and own regular reconciliation checks between Odoo, WMS, and PIM, developing automated monitoring where possible to proactively surface mismatches on inventory, shipments, and product data. Monitor API and EDI integration flows for sync failures or data mismatches and coordinate resolution with the relevant technical teams.
• Pattern Recognition & Systemic Improvement: Track and document recurring data issues and system errors, identifying underlying patterns that signal root-cause problems rather than one-off incidents. Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to fix systemic causes and reduce the volume of repeated reactive fixes.
• Process Design, Adherence & AI-Driven Automation: Document operational processes clearly, identify where they're being bypassed or degraded, and drive the behavioral and system changes needed to close gaps. Use AI tools to build automated adherence checks and monitoring solutions that scale process compliance without manual overhead.

• ERP & data fluency: You have 2–4 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems (Odoo strongly preferred; NetSuite or Business Central also relevant) and understand how supply chain, finance, and analytics teams interdependencies
• Detail-obsessed: You catch discrepancies others miss — whether it's a mismatched inventory quantity, an API response that doesn't add up, or a product record configured just slightly wrong.
• Structured diagnostic thinker: You approach problems systematically — separating symptoms from root causes, documenting findings clearly, and knowing when to escalate versus resolve independently. You'd rather fix the pattern than patch the same issue twice.
• Technically self-sufficient: You can navigate ERP, WMS, and PIM systems independently — using logs, documentation, hands-on testing, and AI tools to get to root cause without waiting for someone to point you in the right direction. SQL proficiency is a strong plus.
• Clear cross-functional communicator: You're comfortable working with procurement, logistics, and accounting teams — translating technical findings into language that non-technical stakeholders can act on, and driving resolution without unnecessary back-and-forth.
• AI & automation mindset: You actively look for opportunities to replace manual monitoring and repeated fixes with automated checks and AI-assisted workflows. You see tooling as leverage, not a nice-to-have.

2. Hiring Manager interview: Sofiia, our Sr. Ops Project Manager will dive a bit deeper into your experience and details of the role with you.
