Die Rolle

Als Junior Account Executive (DACH) wirst du Teil eines engagierten Teams, das nicht einfach nur Software verkauft – wir sind ein junges, dynamisches deutsches Team, das den Arbeitsalltag von Mitarbeitenden auf der Fläche verbessert. Deine Rolle konzentriert sich darauf, Vertriebsstrategien zu erlernen und anzuwenden, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zur Expansion in der DACH-Region beizutragen – mit der Unterstützung erfahrener Account Executives an deiner Seite.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du verantwortest den vollständigen Sales-Cycle für priorisierte Zielkunden – von der Lead-Qualifizierung bis zum Vertragsabschluss – mit Unterstützung erfahrener Account Executives.

• Du baust belastbare Beziehungen zu Kunden und internen Teams (z. B. Sales Engineering, Marketing) auf, um eine reibungslose Customer Experience sicherzustellen.

• Du präsentierst den Produktnutzen für potenzielle Kunden und arbeitest eng mit Sales Engineers zusammen, um unsere SaaS-Lösungen überzeugend zu positionieren.

• Du lernst und wendest die MEDDPICC-Vertriebsmethodik an, um Leads zu qualifizieren und präzise Forecasts in Salesforce zu erstellen.

• Du verstehst die Anforderungen und Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und entwickelst – gemeinsam mit Senior-Kollegen – passende Lösungsansätze.

• Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing und Partnern zusammen, um Lead-Generierung und Vertriebschancen gezielt zu maximieren.

Was wir suchen

• Du stehst am Anfang deiner SaaS-Vertriebskarriere – vielleicht kommst du aus einer SDR-, BDR- oder ersten AE-Rolle, oder du wechselst aus einem verwandten Bereich.

• Echtes Interesse an beratendem, lösungsorientiertem Verkauf.

• Fähigkeit, kürzere Sales-Cycles mit wachsender Eigenständigkeit zu managen.

• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Follow-up-Disziplin.

• Den Antrieb, sich zum full-circle orientierten, strategischen AE weiterzuentwickeln.

• Neugier auf HR-Tech und Workforce-Management-Lösungen.

Nice to have

• Erfahrung mit Workforce Management, HCM, Talent Management, Payroll oder vergleichbaren SaaS-Lösungen.

• Kenntnisse von Vertriebsmethodiken – insbesondere MEDDPICC von Vorteil.

• Hintergrund in Branchen wie Gesundheitswesen, Hospitality oder Retail.

The role

As a Junior Account Executive (DACH), you’ll be joining a team on a real mission. We don’t just sell software — we’re a young, high-energy German squad dedicated to improving the daily lives of frontline workers. Your role will focus on learning and applying sales strategies, building client relationships, and contributing to our DACH expansion — all with the support of experienced Account Executives as you grow.

What you’ll do

• Own the full sales cycle for priority target accounts — from lead qualification through to close — with guidance and support from senior Account Executives.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and internal teams (Sales Engineering, Marketing, and others) to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Present the value of our platform to prospective clients, working closely with Sales Engineers to demonstrate how our SaaS solutions address real business challenges.

• Learn and apply the MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify opportunities and deliver accurate pipeline forecasts in Salesforce.

• Get deep into customer needs — understand their business challenges and co-develop solutions with support from your senior colleagues.

• Partner with Marketing and channel partners to maximise lead generation and create new sales opportunities.

What we’re looking for

• Early in your SaaS sales career — you may be coming from an SDR, BDR, or first AE role, or transitioning from a related field.

• A genuine interest in consultative, solution-led selling.

• Ability to manage shorter sales cycles with growing independence.

• A structured working style and strong follow-up discipline.

• Ambition to grow into a full-cycle, strategic Account Executive.

• Curiosity about HR-tech and workforce management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workforce Management, HCM, Talent Management, Payroll, or related SaaS products.

• Familiarity with sales methodologies — MEDDPICC knowledge is a real plus.

• A background in frontline industries such as Healthcare, Hospitality, or Retail.

• A curiosity in AI and using tools like Claude or Gemini to help make your daily work more efficient
