Your mission

As a (Junior) Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. This position will teach you a deep understanding of the gaming industry, ad tech landscape, and how to drive revenue growth through strategic account management. This is a fantastic role for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with people.

You build and maintain relationships with our partners, serving as their main point of contact for daily communication and their trusted adviser on the intricacies of our product.
You develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
You proactively identify optimization and growth opportunities to increase revenues.
You collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
You coordinate internally between teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Your profile

You have successfully completed your studies, preferably in business administration, or a similar specialisation.
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Highly extroverted, with a natural ability to build relationships and connect with people.
Good analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday!
