As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
 

Typical Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP):
  Process supplier invoices, verify approvals, prepare payments


• Accounts Receivable (AR):
  Issue invoices, track incoming payments, follow up on overdue balances


• General Ledger support:
  Post journal entries, assist with accruals and prepayments


• Bank & account reconciliations:
  Match transactions and resolve discrepancies


• Month-end close assistance:
  Support reporting, check balances, prepare schedules


• Documentation & audit support:
  Maintain proper records and assist auditors with documentation


• Expense processing:
  Review employee expense claims in line with company policy

Profile / Skills

• Degree or vocational training (e.g., Kaufmann/-frau, Steuerfachangestellte)


• Basic knowledge of German GAAP (HGB)


• Familiarity with SAP / Excel


• Strong attention to detail


• German + English

Positioning

• Works under supervision of a Senior Accountant / Finance Manager


• Focus on execution rather than judgment/complex accounting
