As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Account/Sales Assistant to support our B2B sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about specialty coffee, enjoys working directly with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role
As a Junior Account / Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our wholesale business, ensuring that our partners receive the highest level of service and guidance in selecting, brewing, and presenting our coffee. Your work will help build long-term relationships and contribute to our company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing an account portfolio to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales growth.
• Support clients with their needs, including cupping sessions, training, and product recommendations.
• Provide account representatives with the insights and support they need to develop strong partnerships.
• Contribute to sales strategy and target-setting, using data to inform decisions.
• Assist with coffee equipment sales, including espresso machines, brewers, and grinders.
• Help coordinate and represent Five Elephant at events, conferences, and coffee festivals.
• Work closely with marketing, dispatch, and training teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the specialty coffee industry is essential.
• Some experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and provide insights.
• Technical knowledge of coffee equipment and barista operations is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust-based relationships.
• A proactive mindset—comfortable with initiating customer interactions and identifying opportunities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and CRM systems is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Based in Berlin or able to relocate.
